vegan_recipesWhat are some of your favorite vegan cooking/recipe blogs? I am constantly adding more to my RSS reader; here are a few that maybe aren't as well-known as some of the big names:
It goes w/o saying that some of these blogs aren't updated as often as I would wish--though they all still have lots of yummy recipes in the archives.
What recipe blogs do you love?
- Vegan Improv. Sometimes the actual recipes aren't posted--though ingredients are posted--but v. inspirational! Also, he's got a cookbook coming out soonish, which I definitely want.
- Chop Suey. Veganizing Filpino food.
- Vegan in the Sun. Also with sure-to-be-yummy cookbook coming out (this one w/Caribbean food).
- Mosetta Stone. Currently a bit heavier on the food diary aspect but there are still tons of fantabulous-sounding recipes.
- Swell Vegan. Also w/cook zine!
- Tales of a Spoon. I want to try the pelmeni recipe.
- Tofu for Two. Finnish vegan recipe blog.
- VegSpinz. A vegan DJ that cooks!
